On Thursday 1st October we will be holding our annual quiz.
Please note that we are back at the church of the Good Shepherd.
As usual Steve Long will be our Quiz Master and Margaret will be cooking a lovely hot meal for us.

In November we were scheduled to have a talk by a guy from the RNLI.
This has now changed as one of our patrons, Dr Ian Beeton is coming to give us an update on his sabbatical in Uganda earlier this year.
This will be coupled with a Q and A session where Ian will try and answer questions posed by members. A meeting not to be missed!
The RNLI talk will now take place in February.
